Mustafàpasa
Relatively unknown to tourism in the Cappadocia region is the small town of Mustafapasa.
The old name of the town was Sinasos and in 1923 there was an exchange of the Greek citizens that lived there with Turkish people who were living in Greece and this promoted the name change to Mustafapasa.
In Ottoman times, most of the town citizens were of Greek origin and practiced Christianity.
