The carnival ends, in Offida, at nightfall of Shrove Tuesday, with the ignition and the parade of VLURD, the feast of singular originality and with a kind of fascinating beauty, in a scene from the charming medieval aspect, the town still has its main monuments and ancient buildings.
Hundreds of men and women disguised with long bundles of reeds turned on their backs, in single row all "wobbly" and , parade along a forced route through the main streets of the town.
